Delete your account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Qurrat3 account and the personal data held against it. You can do it yourself inside the app, or ask us to do it for you.

توضّح هذه الصفحة كيفية حذف حسابك في قرة عين والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به حذفاً نهائياً. يمكنك فعل ذلك بنفسك داخل التطبيق، أو أن تطلب منّا القيام به.
Delete it yourself, in the app

Takes under a minute and needs nothing from us.
لا يستغرق دقيقة، ولا يحتاج شيئاً منّا.
- Open Qurrat3 and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap the gear icon at the top right of the Home screen.
- Open Account, then scroll to the bottom.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm with your password or the one‑time code we send you.
- افتح قرة عين وسجّل الدخول إلى الحساب الذي تريد حذفه.
- اضغط أيقونة الترس أعلى الشاشة الرئيسية.
- افتح «الحساب» ثم انزل إلى الأسفل.
- اضغط «حذف الحساب» وأكِّد بكلمة المرور أو بالرمز الذي نرسله لك.
Your profile disappears immediately. Chats are removed from both sides.
يختفي ملفك فوراً، وتُحذف المحادثات من الطرفين.

Write to info@koredyne.com from the email address registered on the account, and tell us you want the account deleted. Sending from the registered address is how we know the request is yours — if you cannot, say so and we will verify you another way. We confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30.
اكتب إلى info@koredyne.com من البريد الإلكتروني المسجَّل على الحساب، وأخبرنا أنك تريد حذف الحساب. والإرسال من البريد المسجَّل هو ما يُعرِّفنا أن الطلب طلبك — فإن تعذّر عليك ذلك فأخبرنا ونتحقّق منك بطريقة أخرى. ونؤكّد الاستلام خلال ٧ أيام ونُتمّ الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
Qurrat3 subscriptions do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel before you delete — nothing further will be taken from you. But a period you have already paid for is not refunded when you close the account. See Refunds.
اشتراكات قرة عين لا تتجدّد تلقائياً، فلا شيء يُلغى قبل الحذف — ولن يُخصم منك شيء بعد ذلك. لكن المدة التي دفعت مقابلها سلفاً لا تُردّ عند إغلاق الحساب. انظر الاسترداد.
What actually gets deleted ما الذي يُحذف فعلاً
We delete your data. We do not simply deactivate or hide the account.
نحن نحذف بياناتك. ولا نكتفي بتعطيل الحساب أو إخفائه.

There is no undo and no grace period after which you can recover the account. Your matches, chats, course progress and verification status cannot be restored, and signing up again later starts a completely new account.
لا يوجد تراجع ولا مهلة سماح يمكنك بعدها استرجاع الحساب. لا يمكن استعادة توافقاتك ومحادثاتك وتقدّمك في الدورات وحالة توثيقك، والتسجيل مرة أخرى لاحقاً يعني حساباً جديداً تماماً.
How long it takes كم يستغرق الأمر
- Immediately — your profile stops being shown to other members and your chats close.
- Within 7 days — we acknowledge an emailed request and confirm the account it applies to.
- Within 30 days — deletion is complete across our live systems, and we email you to confirm.
- Within 90 days — backup copies have rotated out.
- فوراً — يتوقّف عرض ملفك على الأعضاء الآخرين وتُغلق محادثاتك.
- خلال ٧ أيام — نؤكّد استلام الطلب المُرسل بالبريد ونحدّد الحساب المقصود.
- خلال ٣٠ يوماً — يكتمل الحذف في جميع أنظمتنا التشغيلية، ونرسل لك رسالة تأكيد.
- خلال ٩٠ يوماً — تُستبدل النسخ الاحتياطية بالكامل.

Deleting everything is not your only option. Under Kuwait’s Data Privacy Protection Regulation you can also ask us to:
الحذف الكامل ليس خيارك الوحيد. بموجب لائحة حماية خصوصية البيانات (CITRA) يمكنك أيضاً أن تطلب:
- Send you a copy of the data we hold about you, in a portable format.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete specific items — a single photo, one conversation, your verification record — while keeping the account.
- Stop using your data for a particular purpose, such as marketing emails.
- نسخة من بياناتك التي نحتفظ بها، بصيغة قابلة للنقل.
- تصحيح أي معلومة خاطئة أو قديمة.
- حذف عناصر محدّدة — صورة واحدة، أو محادثة بعينها، أو سجل توثيقك — مع الإبقاء على الحساب.
- إيقاف استخدام بياناتك لغرض معيّن، كرسائل التسويق.

If something goes wrong إذا واجهتك مشكلة
If you cannot find the option in the app, do not receive a reply within 7 days, or believe a deletion request of yours was not honoured, write to info@koredyne.com and put “Escalation” in the subject line. You also have the right to complain to the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA).
إن لم تجد الخيار داخل التطبيق، أو لم يصلك ردّ خلال ٧ أيام، أو رأيت أن طلب حذفك لم يُنفَّذ، فاكتب إلى info@koredyne.com واجعل عنوان الرسالة «Escalation». ولك كذلك الحق في التقدّم بشكوى إلى هيئة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات (CITRA).
